If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of your receipt of the product for a full refund.

At Clover Wireless, we take pride in the work we do and utilize our carrier grade processes and quality checks to ensure every device is working to the high standards we set. If the item you purchase doesn’t meet your standards based on our description of the device, or due to any malfunction, we’ll stand behind our offer to provide a full refund within 30 days of your receipt of the product.

 

How to return an item:

  1. Contact our customer care line @  800-863-8023 or email us @ customerservice@cloverwireless.com between the hours of 8:00-4:30 central time.
  2. We'll contact you within 24 hours, not including weekends or holidays, to determine the problem and if needed, provide return instructions.
  3. Place your item back in its original packaging, safely and securely. We can’t be responsible for any damages that might occur during return shipping.
  4. Ship the device to us using the US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. We’ve found the US Postal Service’s Priority Mail to be the most economical option.
  5. After we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll receive a refund of the purchase price (including any taxes) within 3 business days.

 

Exceptions to the Clover Return Policy:

Our policy does not cover any physical damage, including damage caused by liquids, to the device that occurs after you receive the device, or for modifications to the device or operating system. All returned devices must arrive password unlocked, and in the exact same condition as when it was shipped by Clover.
